“My career at Ouman started in 2015 as a Quality Assistant. My job was to solve different quality issues related to purchased materials or our products. Ouman has offered me a chance to obtain new knowledge and take part of different training programs, which enabled me to become leader of Quality Analysis Group few years later. In that post, I was also involved in administration of quality management system documents, preparing monthly statistics, analyzing different quality issues, and conducting internal audits. I also had a chance to participate in building and implementing our environmental management system which complies to ISO 14001:2015. Autumn of 2022 brought me a great new opportunity to continue as a Quality Manager for Ouman Estonia. During these years, my work assignments have changed quite a lot, as I have got new responsibilities and learned new skills. It has enabled me to grow professionally and personally, for which I am very grateful. My work in Ouman has never been boring, and even though some challenges have been quite complicated, I’ve always had the support of my colleagues in solving them. I think that the people here are big part of what makes Ouman such a great place to work.”
