“I work at Ouman building automation as an R&D Project Manager. My responsibilities include project management related tasks from the early content definition phase to transferring and finally to production. Most of my projects have been related to Ouman Flexiot building automation system, such as Ouflex freely programmable system, Ouman Wireless system, and unit controllers. What makes my work interesting is its versatility. There are many kinds of projects and products to work on. In addition to pure project management tasks, I participate also in system design and product testing, which makes it possible for me to go a little bit deeper into technical aspects and “get my hands dirty”. I appreciate the possibility to influence the company through my own work and how things are done on organizational level. This enables continuous development for the ways of working.”
