Ouman Announces Departure of CEO Matti Lipsanen

We announce today that Matti Lipsanen, Chief Executive Officer of Ouman Group, will be stepping down from the position effective immediately. He will be succeeded by Ouman’s current CFO Heikki Uurto as interim CEO, who will assume duties today.

Having dedicated over two decades to Ouman, Matti has chosen to shift focus and return closer to the sales discipline that originally fueled his passion and professional drive as an entrepreneur.

The Board of Directors will immediately start a search for a new CEO, who can continue to build Ouman as a world-class company within Building Automation and Control Systems.
