Hyco.

Hyco is a collection of products that collectively help control a hydronic underfloor heating and cooling system — regulating water flow through underfloor circuits — in an efficient, sustainable, and easy way without sacrificing comfort. 

Plastic pipe and brass manufacturers, heat pump and boiler manufacturers, floor installers, space-heating and cooling experts, and building contractors incorporate Hyco into their projects. Property owners, room occupants, and system integrators actively use Hyco to control, monitor, or schedule their hydronic underfloor heating and cooling systems.

Hyco products can be combined in various configurations and include control units, thermostats (such as TRV [thermostat radiator valve], 7-segment displays with capacitive buttons, and analogue rotary knobs), a mobile application, and accessories like expansion units, Wi-Fi dongles, and RF repeater dongles.

In a residential setup, the Hyco central control unit (CU) is usually located next to the underfloor heating manifold or distributor, typically in boiler rooms, mechanical rooms, technical spaces, or bathrooms. The manifold, along with the CUs, can be mounted inside a cabinet in these rooms, supporting both wall mounting and DIN-rail mounting.

 Hyco thermostat and sensor room units (RU) are generally wall-mounted in individual rooms throughout the space, wherever there is a need for dedicated temperature control (not necessarily in every room). Hyco TRVs are fixed to the radiators, which are typically next to windows.
